About the Role

    we are looking for a talented Sales Director to lead our efforts across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales within the Homeland Security (HLS) or Defense markets, having built strong relationships with government decision-makers and local System Integrators (SIs).

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation & Sales Growth: Identify and convert new business leads into actionable opportunities. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key government stakeholders, decision-makers, and local system integrators.

    •Sales Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline development, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closing. Accurately forecast sales performance and manage expectations.

    • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and align business strategies with market demands.

    •Market & Product Expertise: Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of BOLD's products and the competitive landscape. Provide valuable feedback to the Product Management and Engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are reflected in the product roadmap.

    •Sales Evangelism: Promote BOLD’s solutions through prospecting, networking, partnerships, and attending industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

    •Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by closing deals and ensuring that all business objectives and targets are met. Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a sales executive working within the Homeland Security (HLS) or Defense markets, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships- A MUST.

  • 2+ years of Experience in selling across the Middle East region- A MUST.

  • Extensive experience in selling to HLS, Defense, or related sectors, with strong relationships with government decision-makers and local system integrators.

  • A deep understanding of complex, long sales cycles and large organizational structures.

  • Hands-on experience managing the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.

  • Experience in selling across APAC countries - an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and persuade effectively in English.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with a passion for creating new business opportunities and securing deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a track record of successfully engaging with diverse stakeholders.
