About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled Pre-sale and CSM Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead all the customer facing pre-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction as leading the CSM activities for Bold’s innovative product suite, designed for Intelligence agencies and encompassing open-source data collection as well as advanced AI-based analytics. You will engage with Intelligence and law enforcement organizations worldwide, serving as the first line product expert and driving the success of our sales initiatives.
As a Pre-sale and CSM Team Leader, you will:
• Manage a team of intelligence experts
• Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and other technical sessions for potential customers all over the world.
• Lead post-sales activities, including training. Deployment, customer support and ensuring the customers are generating value from the different products
• Deliver clear and impactful presentations and training to both technical audiences and high-ranking personnel.
• Oversee back-office tasks related to pre-sales and CSM operations, leveraging your experience within the Intelligence community.
• Shape the customer-facing process by collaborating with Product Managers and aligning with company goals.
• Collaborate with Account and Sales Managers to provide input and assistance on commercial and technical components, increase revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Travel in the capacity of 50% of time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in an Intelligence role (KABAR – advantage)
Familiarity with WEBINT methodologies and tools.
At least 3 year of experience in the private sector (post military service)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently and lead projeccts from inception to completion.
Proficient public speaking skills with the capability to address both technical and executive-level audiences.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
It would be great if you also have:
2+ years of experience as a presales or solutions engineer in a global high-tech company.
Customer-facing experience (e.g., presales, sales, customer success, account management, trainer).
Management experience.
Strong business orientation.
Proficiency in a third language.
A bachelor’s degree in any field.
