About the Role
- As a team lead, you will:
• Build our state-of-the-art machine and deep learning intelligence backend engine, retrieving insights
from structured and unstructured data utilizing graph, NLP, Anomaly detection and other deep learning
algorithms.
• Lead all aspects of software development in the team - from technologies stack, quality, scalability,
security, to processes and people development.
• Work on complex services and data flows with cutting edge technologies such as Spark, K8, Object
store and Graph databases.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, and timely delivery to meet company business goals.
• Hire, retain and lead a team of talented engineers.
Requirements
If you have:
At least 3 years’ experience as a hands-on team lead.
Significant experience in Scala or other high-level languages.
Hands-on experience working with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, flink.
Experience in databases - Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse, JanusGraph or equivalent.
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in algorithms development and model serving.
Experience in functional programming.
